Ayesha A. Siddiqi (@AyeshaASiddiqi) is a LA based writer and creative strategist specializing in trend forecasting. Called a "wunderkind producer" and "cultural oracle", she has been profiled in The New York Times, Politico, The Guardian, Elle magazine, and the Columbia Journal of Literary Criticism. She has developed projects for film and television and provides art direction and strategy for brands. Prior to this, Ayesha was the Director of Development for Viceland television network. Among other shows, she developed Desus & Mero and Nuts + Bolts - while also spearheading development of programming across the network in the US and UK. Ayesha is on the board of The New Inquiry magazine, where she was Editor in Chief before joining Viceland and helps curate special projects called Rhetorical Software. She co-authored the Rhetorical Software manifesto which can be read here. Her unique perspective on culture foretold many phenomena from fashion and technology, to Trump’s presidency, which cemented her reputation as a formidable trend forecaster.
